Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It is important you thoroughly read & understand these terms and conditions.
Once a deposit has been placed you have accepted responsibility and have agreed to our Terms & Conditions of stay.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged with the owners. Departure time is strictly 10:00 am. A late departure by 12:00 noon can be arranged for an extra $50 (if bookings allow). Please arrange this on arrival.
CHECK IN: All guests & visitors are to register at reception on arrival to provide vehicle registration details and confirm guest numbers. A special arrangement is in place during this Covid period where we aim for a contactless check in. You need to send a copy of your ID proof (preferably DL) to escape@theblacksparrow.com.au at least a day in advance or worst case the morning of your check in. We will then send you a code to pick up your key from a lock box located next to the reception near the car port.
PETS: There is a $25/day charge for a pet but you need to call the Hotel Directly in advance to advise.
CLEANING: For the comfort of future guests and to avoid extra charges and/or an additional night, guests are: - Not to cook pungent (strong smelling) foods inside. These should be cooked on the outdoor BBQ.
- Not to stain any linen, towels, carpet, or furniture; and
- Not to clean fish, smoke, or burn incense indoors.
On departure, guests are required to leave the Cottage especially the kitchen facilities & BBQ clean & tidy. Kitchens not left clean, with dirty BBQ, utensils, pots, and chinaware will incur an extra $50 cleaning fee.
If you come in groups and move furniture, crockery/cutlery between cottages, please be sure to return them to their appropriate cottages before you leave. If not, you will be charged $50.
DAMAGES TO PROPERTY: We ask guests to respect the facilities we offer, and therefore take responsibility for any loss or damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings & outdoor property (wear and tear excluded). If you note something is broken on arrival please bring this to our attention as soon as possible so that we can acknowledge and address.
